Ingredients for 9 portions:
- 1 tin of Ginos grilled peppers (COD. 01102),
- 20/25 Ginos anchovies in e.v.o (COD. 05019),
- 1 smoked Scamorza cheese,
- Sesame seeds,
- Fresh oregano.
Drain the grilled peppers and carefully wash them for few seconds under running water.
Cut them in homogeneous pieces and lay them down on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Sprinkle the peppers with sesame seeds without exaggerating.
Lay down on each pepper one or two anchovy fillets.
Slice thinly some “scamorza” cheese and lay the slices down on the anchovies.
In order to make the recipe tastier, sprinkle it with some fresh oregano.
Bake it in oven at 200°C until it reaches a golden colour and serve them garnishing with two rolled anchovy fillets.
