Amaretto Delight
Ingredients for 60 portions:
- 2 bags of Ginos “Bianco Fiocco” preparation (COD. 09112),
- 2 lites of milk,
- 1 liter of water,
- 400 g Ginos Amaretto "Doppia Crema" (COD. 09205).
Garnish:
- Mini amarettos,
- Ginos caramel topping (COD. 09302),
- Fresh strawberries to taste.
- Mix together the ingredients with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
- After 40 minutes the amaretto ice-cream is ready to be served.
- Arrange some mini amarettos at the bottom of the cup and garnish them with some caremel.
- Add the amaretto ice-cream and garnish with a fresh strawberry and other mini amarettos.
