Blue Lagoon sorbet
Ingredients for 65 portions:
- 1 bag of Ginos lemon sorbet preparation (COD. 09401),
- 3 liters of water.
Pour the ingredients in the frozen machine and let them blend for 60 minutes.
Finally add 500 ml of Cointreau and wait further 30 minutes to serve it.
