Bracchetto Sorbet
Ingredients for 60 portions:
- 1 bag of Ginos lemon sorbet preparation (COD. 09401),
- 2,25 liters of Brachetto wine (3 bottles), you can use another red sparkling wine.
Pour the ingredients in the frozen machine and let them blend for 60 minutes.
Add 750 ml of vodka and let it mix for further 30 minutes before to serve it.
