Catalan cream Soft Ice
Ingredients for 60 portions:
- 4 bags of Ginos “Catalan cream” preparation (COD. 09018),
- 2 l of milk,
- 2 l of cream.
Garnish:
- bitter cacao in powder,
- Ginos "Mangiatutto" morello cherries (COD. 09034),
- Dark chocolate slivers.
- Mix together the ingredients with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
- After 40 minutes the Catalan cream is ready to be served.
- Fill the cup with the catalan cream, add the black cherries and garnish with bitter cacao in powder and some dark chocolate slivers.
