Catalan cream Soft Ice

Ingredients for 60 portions:
- 4 bags of Ginos “Catalan cream” preparation (COD. 09018),
- 2 l of milk,
- 2 l of cream.

Garnish:
- bitter cacao in powder, 
- Ginos "Mangiatutto" morello cherries (COD. 09034),
- Dark chocolate slivers.

  1. Mix together the ingredients with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
  2. After 40 minutes the Catalan cream is ready to be served.
  3. Fill the cup with the catalan cream, add the black cherries and garnish with bitter cacao in powder and some dark chocolate slivers.
