Chocolate Delight

Ingredients for 50 portions:
- 2 bags of Ginos “Delizie al cioccolato” preparation (COD. 09111),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 1 liter of water.

Garnish:
- Cacao in powder to taste,
- Dark chocolate to taste,
- Ginos chocolate topping to taste (COD. 09301).


  1. Mix together the “Delizie al cioccolato” preparation, the milk and the water with a immersion blender.
  2. Pour the mixture in the frozen machine. After 40 minutes the cream is ready to be served.
  3. Break some puff pastry into big pieces and arrange them at the bottom of the cup.
  4. Add some the chocolate ice-cream and garnish it with some bitter chocolate slivers, cacao in powder and chocolate topping.
