Chocolate Delight
Ingredients for 50 portions:
- 2 bags of Ginos “Delizie al cioccolato” preparation (COD. 09111),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 1 liter of water.
Garnish:
- Cacao in powder to taste,
- Dark chocolate to taste,
- Ginos chocolate topping to taste (COD. 09301).
- Mix together the “Delizie al cioccolato” preparation, the milk and the water with a immersion blender.
- Pour the mixture in the frozen machine. After 40 minutes the cream is ready to be served.
- Break some puff pastry into big pieces and arrange them at the bottom of the cup.
- Add some the chocolate ice-cream and garnish it with some bitter chocolate slivers, cacao in powder and chocolate topping.
