Coffee Delight
Ingredients for 50 portions:
- 2 bags of Ginos “Delizie al caffè” preparation (COD. 09110),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 1 liter of water.
Garnish:
- 2 chocolate biscuits,
- Coffee beans at taste,
- Dark chocolate slivers at taste,
- Ginos hazelnut topping (COD. 09310).
- Mix together the “Delizie al caffe”, the milk and the water with a immersion blender.
- Pour the mixture in the frozen machine. In order to obtain a thicker cream, we suggest you to add 2 spoonfuls of sunflower oil (30ml).
- In addition, by adding 4 cups of bitter espresso you can get a stronger taste.
- After 40 minutes the cream is ready to be served.
- Crumble 2 chocolate biscuits and create a thin layer of crumbles at the bottom of the glass. Add the coffee cream, garnish it with some coffee beans, chocolate slivers and hazelnut topping.
