Gianduia Delight
Ingredients for 60 portions:
- 2 bags of “Bianco Fiocco” preparation (COD. 09112),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 1 liter of water,
- 400 g Ginos Gianduia "Doppia Crema" (COD. 09212).
Garnish:
- Hazelnuts to taste,
- Fresh strawberries to taste,
- Bitter cacao in powder to taste.
- Mix together the “Bianco Fiocco”, the milk, the water and the gianduia Doppia Crema with a immersion blender.
- Pour the mixture in the frozen machine. After 40 minutes the cream is ready to be served.
- Break some hazelnuts into pieces and arrange them at the bottom of the cup.
- Pour some ice-cream on it and garnish with a free strawberry and a sprinkle of bitter cacao.
