Lemon Bavarian cream
Ingredients for 50 portions:
- 4 bags of Ginos lemon bavarian cream preparation (COD. 09120),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 2 liters of cream.
Garnish:
- Ginos "Mangiatutto" yellow fruits (COD. 09035),
- Fresh blueberries to taste,
- Fresh strawberries to taste,
- Minced hazelnuts to taste.
- Mix together the ingredients with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
- After 40 minutes the lemon bavarian cream is ready to be served.
- Pour a spoonful of “Mangiatutto” yellow fruits on the bottom of the cup before adding the lemon bavarian cream.
- Finally add some more yellow fruits and garnish with fresh strawberries, blueberries and minces hazelnuts.
