Lemon Bavarian cream

Ingredients for 50 portions:
- 4 bags of Ginos lemon bavarian cream preparation (COD. 09120),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 2 liters of cream.

Garnish:
- Ginos "Mangiatutto" yellow fruits (COD. 09035),
- Fresh blueberries to taste,
- Fresh strawberries to taste,
- Minced hazelnuts to taste.


  1. Mix together the ingredients with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
  2. After 40 minutes the lemon bavarian cream is ready to be served.
  3. Pour a spoonful of “Mangiatutto” yellow fruits on the bottom of the cup before adding the lemon bavarian cream.
  4. Finally add some more yellow fruits and garnish with fresh strawberries, blueberries and minces hazelnuts.
