Ingredients for 60 portions:
- 1 bag of Ginos lemon sorbet preparation (COD. 09401),
- 3 liters of water,
- 300 ml of lemon juice (COD. 99039).

Ingredients for 65 portions:
- 1 bag of Ginos lemon sorbet preparation (COD. 09401),
- 1 liter of partiallally skimmed milk,
- 2 liters of milk,
- 300 ml of lemon juice (COD. 99039),
- 300 ml of vodka.
Pour the ingredients in the frozen machine and let them blend for 60 minutes.
For the Top recipe, after one hour add 300 ml of vodka and let it mix for further 30 minutes before to serve it.
