Mousse Soft Ice

Ingredients for 50 portions:
- 3 bags of Ginos mousse preparation (COD. 09107),
- 3 liters of milk.

Garnish:
- Ginos blueberries "Mangiatutto" (COD. 09032),
- Ginos almond brittle (COD. 09125),
- Bitter cacao in powder.


  1. Mix together the mousse preparation and the milk with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
  2. After 40 minutes the mousse is ready to be served.
  3. Pour a spoonful of “Mangiatutto” blueberries at the bottom of the cup before adding the cold mousse.
  4. Finally garnish with a piece of almond brittle and some bitter cacao in powder.
