Mousse Soft Ice
Ingredients for 50 portions:
- 3 bags of Ginos mousse preparation (COD. 09107),
- 3 liters of milk.
Garnish:
- Ginos blueberries "Mangiatutto" (COD. 09032),
- Ginos almond brittle (COD. 09125),
- Bitter cacao in powder.
- Mix together the mousse preparation and the milk with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
- After 40 minutes the mousse is ready to be served.
- Pour a spoonful of “Mangiatutto” blueberries at the bottom of the cup before adding the cold mousse.
- Finally garnish with a piece of almond brittle and some bitter cacao in powder.
