Pistachio Delight
Ingredients for 60 portions:
- 2 bags of Ginos “Bianco Fiocco” preparation (COD. 09112),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 1 liter of water,
- 400 g Ginos Pistachio "Doppia Crema" (COD. 09213).
Garnish:
- 2 pastry puffs,
- Ginos white chocolate topping (COD. 09313),
- Minced pistachios to taste,
- White chocolate slivers to taste.
- Mix together the ingredients with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
- After 40 minutes the pistachio ice-cream is ready to be served.
- Break some puff pastry into pieces and arrange them at the bottom of the cup.
- Add some white chocolate topping and cover it with the pistachio ice-cream.
- Finally garnish with some minced pistachios, a piece of pastry puff and some white chocolate slivers.
