Pistachio Delight

Ingredients for 60 portions:
- 2 bags of Ginos “Bianco Fiocco” preparation (COD. 09112),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 1 liter of water,
- 400 g Ginos Pistachio "Doppia Crema" (COD. 09213).

Garnish:
- 2 pastry puffs,
- Ginos white chocolate topping (COD. 09313),
- Minced pistachios to taste,
- White chocolate slivers to taste.

  1. Mix together the ingredients with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
  2. After 40 minutes the pistachio ice-cream is ready to be served.
  3. Break some puff pastry into pieces and arrange them at the bottom of the cup.
  4. Add some white chocolate topping and cover it with the pistachio ice-cream.
  5. Finally garnish with some minced pistachios, a piece of pastry puff and some white chocolate slivers.
