Yellow cream Soft-Ice
Ingredients for 60 portions:
- 4 bags of Ginos “Yellow cream Tiramisù” preparation (COD. 09118),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 2 liters of cream.
Garnish:
- Ginos chestnuts with honey (COD. 09001),
- Dark chocolate slivers,
- White chocolate slivers.
- Mix together the ingredients with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
- After 40 minutes the yellow cream is ready to be served.
- Fill the cup with the yellow cream, add some chestnuts with honey and garnish with dark and white chocolate slivers.
