Yellow cream Soft-Ice

Ingredients for 60 portions:
- 4 bags of Ginos “Yellow cream Tiramisù” preparation (COD. 09118),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 2 liters of cream.

Garnish:
- Ginos chestnuts with honey (COD. 09001),
- Dark chocolate slivers,
- White chocolate slivers.


  1. Mix together the ingredients with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
  2. After 40 minutes the yellow cream is ready to be served.
  3. Fill the cup with the yellow cream, add some chestnuts with honey and garnish with dark and white chocolate slivers.
