Yogurt Bavarian cream
Ingredients for 50 portions:
- 4 bags of Ginos yogurt bavarian cream preparation (COD. 09119),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 2 liters of cream.
Garnish:
- Ginos wildberries "Mangiatutto" (COD. 09033),,
- Minced hazelnuts to taste.
- Mix together the ingredients with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
- After 40 minutes the yogurt bavarian cream is ready to be served.
- Pour a spoonful of “Mangiatutto” wildberries on the bottom of the cup before adding the yogurt bavarian cream.
- Garnish it with fresh wildberries and finally add some minced hazelnuts.
