Yogurt Bavarian cream

Ingredients for 50 portions:
- 4 bags of Ginos yogurt bavarian cream preparation (COD. 09119),
- 2 liters of milk,
- 2 liters of cream.

Garnish:
- Ginos wildberries "Mangiatutto" (COD. 09033),,
- Minced hazelnuts to taste.

 
  1. Mix together the ingredients with an immersion blender and pour the mixture in the frozen machine.
  2. After 40 minutes the yogurt bavarian cream is ready to be served.
  3. Pour a spoonful of “Mangiatutto” wildberries on the bottom of the cup before adding the yogurt bavarian cream.
  4. Garnish it with fresh wildberries and finally add some minced hazelnuts.
