Made from tomatoes planted between April and May grown in the open field and harvested by hand in July and August. The tomatoes are processed fresh using absolutely artisanal methods: blanched, peeled, pureed and bottled without the addition of preservatives or additives. It is a thick, pulpy puree with a velvety texture and a rich, fresh, fruity aroma.
